Project Overview:
ACS designed and constructed new diesel engine production test cells, for up to 1,200 hp. The test cell improves production thru-put by shortening engine test cycle time. The total engine test time is 12 minutes, floor to floor (in and out of test cell).

Key Performance Features:

• Fully Automated Test Cells – Operator not required to enter the test cell under normal operation. 
• All test cells are identical, allowing all engines to be tested in all cells.
• Automated in-floor TracVeyor System - Deliver test pallets/engines to and from the test cells and engine rig area.
• Assembly line style rig and de-rig area. Design team coordination to reduce project schedule time, and completed under budget.
