Industry Involvement and Affiliations

ACS actively supports trade and industry associations and organizations to share knowledge, promote and learn best practices, and to advance new technologies. Above all, we value the relationships we develop as we serve on committees and participate in associated organizational activities and events.

We are proud to support and serve:

Engine & Vehicle Test Facility Forum (EVTF)

engine vehicle test facility forum

To promote ongoing industry excellence, ACS hosts the Engine and Vehicle Test Facility Forum. The goal is to bring together industry peers in a non-commercial environment to share best practices and learn about new technologies related to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of engine and vehicle test facilities.

The Engine and Vehicle Test Facility Forum is held in Madison, Wisconsin where industry experts gather for two and a half days of interactive, technical discussions. Panel discussions include topics such as “New Ways to Think About Flexibility & Standardization,” “Energy Efficient Strategies,” “Managing Your Test Investment,” “Validating Lab Results,” “Unlocking the Value of Big Data,” and “HSE in the Test Environment.”

For more information about the topics from a past forum and to understand the format, please download the EVTF Overview from 2019

What People are Saying About EVTF

“I would love to attend again. The opportunity to meet new people, learn new ideas, and converse with people in a similar area of work is invaluable.”

“Well worth the time. Tremendous amount of benchmarking in a compressed and structured format.”

“A fantastic experience from start to end.”

We regret that we were unable to hold a Forum in June of 2021. It would have been our 6th event. We are optimistic that we will hold a Forum again in 2023.

Please email us so we can keep you apprised of our plans as they develop.  We appreciate any of your ideas!
