ACS, an equipment, controls and facility solutions provider, headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin, has been named a ‘Top Workplace’ of 2019 by the Wisconsin State Journal. The honor is awarded to companies based on anonymous employee feedback regarding workplace culture and is calculated using a third party provider, Energage.

We have a highly skilled, highly experienced workforce at ACS, nearly half of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years and it’s rewarding to know they are happy to be a part of this team,” said Scott Hoselton, President ACS.
Workplace culture survey questions focused on alignment as an organization, effective execution and connection with other employees and managers. Survey results confirm that employees are aligned with corporate goals, they feel a part of something meaningful and that the organization operates efficiently and effectively to execute projects. Employees confirmed that the company welcomes new ideas and different points of view, which in turn allows employees to work to their full potential.
