VERONA, Wisc. – March 26, 2023– For the fifth consecutive year, ACS has been named a ‘Top Workplace’ by the Wisconsin State Journal.
The ‘Top Workplace’ list is based on an employee survey that measures fifteen drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of an organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. The survey is administered by a third-party employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC.
“Each year, our culture is noted as a key strength, with employees commenting on how they feel included and respected and that they enjoy working with a great group of people. That is very gratifying to hear since we intentionally focus on building a culture that brings out the best in every employee and helps us attract top talent,” said Scott Hoselton, president and principal, ACS.
ACS is committed to investing in its people and that commitment is reflected in its comprehensive health care benefits, a 401(k) employer match program, a bonus incentive program, paid time off, a hybrid work schedule, and summer hours. ACS also has a recognition program where co-workers can nominate each other for outstanding work and exhibiting commitment to our clients’ satisfaction.
“We use the information we receive from the survey to gain a better understanding of areas where we can improve and develop strategies to address them. We’ve implemented more training for employees and are currently piloting a formal mentoring program, ” continued Hoselton.
In addition to the individual benefits ACS provides employees, the company also invests in the communities in which they live and work by donating time and financial resources to various charities and organizations including, The United Way, Ronald McDonald Meals program, school supply and food drives, Meals on Wheels, and Habitat for Humanity. This past year we were able to adopt a few local families during the holidays.
