ACS was among the companies recognized at the Associated General Contractors (AGC) BUILD Wisconsin Awards Ceremony in Wisconsin Dells, WI on October 4, 2017. ACS’ award-winning project in the General Contractor – Industrial Projects – New Construction & Renovation category, included the renovation of Generac Power Systems R&D test labs in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
This award stands as a testament to ACS’ skill, integrity, hard work, ingenuity and commitment that goes into each project. Each entry was evaluated by a panel of judges assembled by the AGC of Wisconsin and based upon four (4) primary criteria: sustainable practices, craftsmanship, innovation and meeting difficult challenges.
The award ceremony celebrated the project for its unique technical facility requirements associated with product testing, renovation of a facility with ongoing operations and delivering an environment that showcases the development capabilities of the client.
“We were honored to be an integral part of the 6,000 square-foot renovation that allowed one of Wisconsin’s largest employers to continue doing what they do best,” said Scott Hoselton, President of ACS.
ACS’ expertise in planning, project development and construction management delivered a facility that met Generac’s requirements for a highly technical and diverse R&D test lab. Being recognized by AGC is a great acknowledgement to the capabilities of ACS’ project management team and engineering staff, as well as the skilled trades who contributed to this successful project.
Hoselton continues, “ACS is delighted to be recognized by AGC. We have been longstanding members of AGC, a leading voice in Wisconsin for the construction industry. The recognition by AGC is an incredible honor for our entire company.”
