SAE International’s Noise and Vibration Conference & Exhibition, the number one technical event dedicated to the specialized field of mobility noise, vibration and harshness in the industry, took place in Grand Rapids Michigan last month.

Occurring biennially, Randy Rozema, our resident Noise and Vibration expert seized the opportunity to participate, network and bring back the latest and greatest in the NVH world. Randy also served as a judge for the Student Paper Competition.

Randy brings an expansive knowledge of acoustics and vibrations to the ACS team as an Acoustic and Vibration Engineer, and Principal. His project scope ranges from programming and development of design criteria through construction development to final acceptance testing of highly sensitive vibration and acoustic facilities. Project experience includes Jaguar Land Rover, John Deere, and Cummins, making Randy not only a vital member of our ACS team, but also a valuable member of the SAE International NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) Committee.

“My involvement with SAE began in 2009 and has continued to evolve over the years. I currently sit on the SAE NVH committee which gives me the opportunity to stay current on trends in the industry and a chance to connect with owners of past projects and suppliers. “ says Rozema.
