ACS provided the complete design, procurement, construction and commissioning for the facility, as well as design and fabrication of the test equipment for a 28,000 square foot addition. The addition included a test space, machine shop, engine staging/build-up, offices, metrology and warehouse/storage.


  • ACS designed and built two new diesel engine test cells for the development and testing of client’s product line of internal engine components
  • Relocation and integration of Mahle’s air filter division testing functions
  • Data acquisition and control system included a facility control system PLC that was designed, fabricated and, programmed by the ACS team


ACS held a single-source contract for design and construction management; equipment specification, procurement and installation; integration of equipment and facility systems; and commissioning.
