ACS designed, constructed and commissioned a new CVS dilution tunnel for emissions testing and a new PLC system that controls the combustion and dilution of air functions necessary for CVS emissions testing. The installation of a new chilled water and hot water system is used to support the air handling units.

Provided the complete design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
Designed, fabricated and commissioned the CVS dilution tunnel and controls
Integrated the PLC system with CDC’s proprietary data acquisition and control system
