Design and construction of consumer products testing labs

ACS provided design and construction services for the fitout of an existing office building, construction of a new Cooking Products Laboratory, and construction of associated sitework.

Key Performance Features:

  • The fitout of an existing office building, construction of a new Cooking Products Laboratory and construction of associated sitework.
  • The project included approximately 30,000 gsf of office space, 3,500 gsf of lobby and customer interaction space and 31,500 gsf of laboratory space.
  • The primary laboratories include test kitchen, reliability, life test, electronics qualifications, electronics development, microwave, code approval and cooking product development.
  • The fitout of an existing office building, construction of a new Cooking Products Laboratory and construction of associated sitework.
