PROJECT OVERVIEW
ACS provided the complete design, procurement, construction and commissioning for the facility, as well as design and fabrication of the test equipment for a 28,000 square foot addition. The addition included a test space, machine shop, engine staging/build-up, offices, metrology and warehouse/storage.
KEY PERFORMANCE FEATURES
ACS designed and built two new diesel engine test cells for the development and testing of client’s product line of internal engine components Relocation and integration of Mahle’s air filter division testing functions Data acquisition and control system included a facility control system PLC that was designed, fabricated and, programmed by the ACS team

ACS held a single-source contract for design and construction management; equipment specification, procurement and installation; integration of equipment and facility systems; and commissioning.
