Engine Emissions Test Facilities

ACS designed and built three new heavy-duty diesel engine transient emissions test cells for the development of over-the-road truck engines for 2007 and 2010 certification. A portion of the turnkey delivery for this project is the integrated data acquisition and control system that included a PLC designed, built and programmed by ACS. ACS also fabricated engine testing support equipment, including fuel boards, jacket water skids, combustion air and exhaust air assemblies.

Key Performance Features:

• Provided central low temperature chilled water and hot water systems sized to accommodate future expansion.
