ACS held a single-source contract to design and construct the 75,000 square feet expansion of the existing Product Development Center.
Key Performance Features:
- Additional space included Powertrain engine development laboratory (15,000 sq.ft.) and a Noise, Vibration and Harshness development and structures test laboratories (60,000 sq. ft.).
- 81,629 sq. ft. office building to house engineering and development teams.
- Building received LEED Certification in 2003.
ACS Services:
ACS held a single-source contract for design and construction management; equipment specification, procurement and installation; integration of equipment and facility systems; and commissioning.
