Our 48,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Verona, Wisconsin, equipped with full electrical, machining, metal fabrication, and quality control capabilities, enables us to deliver tailored solutions designed to meet our clients’ unique specifications.

Electrical Capabilities

ACS builds custom control panels to UL standards, including:

Metal Fabrication Capabilities

Fabricating custom components and equipment allows ACS to maintain high quality and timely delivery of test equipment and facilities. Our capabilities include:

  • MIG and TIG welding of stainless, black iron, and aluminum
  • Certified in ASME B31.3 process pipe welding
  • Pipe threading for black pipe and stainless
  • Sawing, shearing, and bending of pipe and sheet steel

    • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T) for critical components, using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
    • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to assist design engineers in conducting and documenting the functionality of ACS-produced custom equipment and minimize time-on-site

    • Crane coverage for loading and unloading
