Our team has experience with the design, equipment selection, installation, startup, and commissioning of chassis vehicle test chambers, having completed several turnkey test chambers using our in-house mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers. The projects included new construction design and build and retrofit work of existing test facilities.

In addition to purchasing, ACS has led the design and fabrication of wind simulation systems. Based on our customers’ and end-users’ requirements, our team researches, specifies, purchases, and manages the installation of road speed fans. Our design work incorporates complete Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, fan specification, design and fabrication of nozzles and custom components, and installation and commissioning of these systems.
